Refund Policy

At TheCarPartSeller, we are committed to providing high-quality automotive parts and excellent customer service. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on eligible products under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date
  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging
  • The item must include all original parts, accessories, and documentation
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.) is required

Note: Certain items such as electrical parts, custom/special orders, or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Electrical components (unless DOA — dead on arrival)
  • Installed or modified parts
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Tools, fluids, or hazardous materials
  • Gift cards

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund once we verify the issue.

We may request photos of the product and packaging to process your claim.


4. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at [insert support email] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for our team to approve the return and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number
  3. Securely pack the item and include the RA number inside the box
  4. Ship the item back to our return address (provided in the RA instructions)

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order before it ships by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it must go through the standard return process.


7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you ordered the wrong item, we recommend returning it (if eligible) and placing a new order for the correct part.
